YourAvon 2.0 is the brand-new office platform for Avon Reps. It was released for everyone to use on August 9th, 2018. Avon truly has come a long way from having their Reps. fill out paper forms with carbon copies that had to be mailed in.

Now, every Avon Rep. has an individual selling website and an online back office that has been completely re-designed and streamlined.

The new YourAvon website has a nice clean look and is very easy to use, once you have familiarized yourself with the site. To log into your Avon 2.0 account go to

All new Representatives are automatically updated to the new version. Existing Reps. need to watch the short introduction video in Avon U to be able to make the switch!

Avon is dedicated to providing the best experience possible for all their Representatives as your manage your business, place orders, connect with customers, and build your teams.

If you have questions while learning about the new and improved website, click on the ‘LIVE CHAT’ icon on the bottom right hand side of your screen. You can also use the ‘Site Map’ link on the bottom of the screen to look for individual pages.

YourAvon2.0 has many improvements!

For instance, when you enter your products you will know right away if an item is IN STOCK and available to you right away. Avon finally went away with the ‘Stoplight’ system they have been using before. It never made a lot of sense to me. Either you have the item or you don’t!

Easy To Use Order Entry Screen

I have been able to use the new version of since returning from Repfest 2018. It took me a little while to figure out where everything was, but I think the ordering process is a lot simpler now.

I like seeing product images and being able to compare prices for my customers. The dashboard at-a-glance on the home page, and the fact that it can be personalized, is a great addition.

In conclusion I think Avon has done a wonderful job updating their Avon Rep website!

    I have watched the video on the new 2.0 site. I am a representative and went to your to get switched over and it is not giving me any options to do that. What do I need to do to get switched over?

      Hi Sandra, I switched over to YourAvon2.0 right after returning from Repfest over a month ago. I watched the video when it was still on the home screen and didn’t have a problem switching. It was just a matter of clicking a button and then it took 24 hours for the system to update.

      Once you received the Badge in the Avon U Training center it should have switched to the new version automatically. If you’re still seeing the old version today, your best bet is to call the customer insight center at 1-866-513-2866 to find out what’s going on. There might be a glitch.

        Hi Mary! Yes, all the information is still on the site. If you can’t find a particular page scroll all the way to the bottom of the home page and click on ‘Sitemap’.

        All new Reps are automatically on the new Avon 2.0 platform and pretty soon all existing Reps will have to switch to the new version as well. Avon is in the process of making more changes, like the website for Representatives will be instead of pretty soon.

    Hi, I am a Leadership rep. That being said we have an extended grace period of two campaigns to make our payment. When I place my online order at the 2.0 version does not honor that. So I cannot process my order. This is important to my business. I do not want to call in my order on Fast Talk.

    Hi Laura,

    As far as I know, you can’t switch back after you upgraded to Youravon 2.0. They will want to have everyone on the new version before too long.

    There is a help/support icon on the upper right hand side, after you log in to your account. You should tell them your problem, maybe they just haven’t gotten around to it or it might have been an oversight. Let them know and hopefully they can fix it for you and everyone else that uses that feature.

    I can’t update to Avon 2.0 , I don’t have that option I have looked for over an hour, on your, there’s nothing…..

      Hi Danielle, You have to view the tutorial video first, it’s under Avon U Training, and earn the YourAvon 2.0 badge! Once you complete the training, it only takes a few minutes, you should be able to switch to the new platform. It’s been a while since I’ve been on the old version and I can’t remember where the link for Avon U was located. Look in the sitemap if you can’t find it.

      If for some reason you still have trouble, you should call the Customer Insight Center at 866-513-2866 and they will walk you through the steps. I hope this helps.

      Don’t like it as I cannot print my order before I send it as to review against my orders taken from customers. Also, you cannot see whether a product is in limited supply. As we all know, you may input your orders on line and things look like they are available but by the time you go to send it, it’s “no longer available “. Waited for the computer to switch over to send it and the items are gone. We can’t even get credit for items in the current campaign when they will be available later .

    I’m looking at this sight but how do I download Avon 2.0 to my Avon account?

      Hi Valerie, You have to go through the training in Avon U and earn the Avon 2.0 badge first. There’s a little training video. After that the platform will update to the new platform automatically.

    So what is the great reason to switch? I noticed it said up above it was a TESTING PERIOD! Well…I don’t want to be part of a test group and have things glitch. Not good for business!

    Hi Rosemarie, the reason for the switch was to provide us with a more up to date and streamlined experience. I switched right after Repfest and have not experienced any glitches. Order entry is a lot faster and we know right away if a product is in stock.

    I don’t want the new. I absolutely HATE the look and feel. It’s clunky and junky (and yes, I’ve taken the training) and full of icons that no one NEEDS. I also can’t get rid of things I never am going to use.

    I can’t even figure out where to go to see my current balance or where to go to make a payment.

    I don’t care if you respond here, but I expect to receive a response via my email account.

        Hi Naomi, From what I understand all new Reps are automatically on the Avon 2.0 platform. Log into your account and click on the ‘Avon U’ link on the top of the page to learn more. I don’t use the app myself, but I heard they were having issues with it so that’s probably why you can’t use it.

    Hi Alvie, I’m sorry you feel that way. I’m sure you’ll get used to it over time. Keep in mind that there’s no way to make something thats perfect for everybody. Anyway, if you get lost, or can’t find a particular page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Sitemap’.

    The widgets on the home page are shortcuts. If you don’t use them just ignore them.

    On the top right hand of the screen is a tab called ‘My Account’, click on it to find the tabs for ‘Pay Avon’ and ‘Account Balance’ pages.

    I have been a Rep for a while now. Its been a while since i made an order., but i had agreed to switch to the 2.0 and had done months ago. I went to try to sign into my account and i cant there is no where to sign in.. How do i sign in?

    Is there any way to switch to the old one, I do not like this one at all. If anything it is more complicated and less streamlined than the previous one. The one prior was much easier to use and this one is no help. Thank you!

      As far as I know you can’t switch back once you upgraded to Avon 2.0. I’m sorry for your troubles Jeff. Hopefully you will get used to it. There is a ‘Support’ button on the top right hand corner of the home button if you need assistance while you’re trying to find your way around.

    I agree with Cathy’s comment above. I do not like the new 2.0 program, & I have been a representative for 34 years. It only works on my I phone, not my desk top. And I can not view my invoices for pricing for my customers . This new program really sucks & I’m hoping they go back to the old program!!! 🙁

    I do not like the new system, it does not work for me. I have been a rep for 34 years with no problems. Guess it is about time to quit. will let my customer know before I do. I know I am not a big seller, but I still should count.

    Hello fellow Avon Reps, since I wrote this article Avon has been continuing to update Avon 2.0. You can now log into your Rep account with your ID and password, or your Facebook/Google ID’s. Your personalized ‘Dashboard at a Glance’ is right on your home screen and all the pages are reachable under six main tabs. It doesn’t get much easier than that.

    If you still have trouble finding your way around, be sure to click on the ‘Avon U Training’ tab on the upper left hand corner. Look for the ‘AVON U Orientation’ and ‘Your Avon 2.0’ activities to learn everything there is to know about the new layout. Once you’ve earned your badges I’m sure you will be comfortable using this new platform.

      Hi Theresa, when you enter your product in your New Avon Rep account it will automatically give your the prices for the current, the future and the previous two campaigns (backorders). Click on ‘Enter Items’ link on the top left hand side of your home screen, Select a customer name, enter the product number & quantity, and then click on the pink drop down arrow in the price field. Once you click on the campaign you want the system will show you if the item is in stock. You can now add the item to your order or add it to your next campaign.
