Best practices on how to pay Avon.
Congratulations on starting your own Avon business fellow beauty boss! This is a very exciting new step in your life. All new Avon Reps are now automatically integrated into the new YourAvon 2.0 platform.
This will make your life easier and your
business run smoother.
Avon asks new Reps to wait 24 hours before you can register your account on YourAVON.com. If you need assistance with registering, please feel free to contact the Avon Care Center at 1-866-513-2866.
Initially, all payments for Avon Representative orders are due prior to shipping. Now, let’s talk about HOW To Pay Avon!
Here are your different payment options for Avon:
– Credit or debit card
– Cashier’s check or Money order
– Paypal or Venmo
Credit and Debit card payments can be applied immediately to your account by accessing www.yourAVON.com or by utilizing Avon’s FastTalk phone system.
Avon accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. Just call 1-866-456-0006 and say, ‘make a payment’ when you’re at the Main Menu.
QuickPay is a direct connection between Avon and your bank account. Think of it like a direct deposit, except Avon is getting the money, not you.
To make a payment to Avon using QuickPay, you need to set up your account first.
Activate your QuikPay account by calling 1-877-QuikPay (1-877-784-5729) and resetting your PIN #. After you activate your QuikPay PIN, you need to allow 24 hours before it updates on the site and you can set up your first payment.
Always collect the money from your customers up front so you have the funds in your bank account when you’re ready to place your orders and pay Avon. Remember, all new Reps have to pay for their orders before the products get shipped out.
When you make a debit card or QuickPay payment the money will be transferred out of your account almost instantly.
If you don’t have the money, you will get charged a $25 fee by Avon.

Pay Avon With PayPal and Venmo
As of September 28, 2018, Avon rolled out an update that allows you to pay for your orders and your account balance with PayPal and Venmo.
These new payment options are exclusive to YourAvon 2.0. Just another reason to make the switch to the new YourAvon if you haven’t already.
To make a PayPal payment to your Avon account balance, visit the ‘Pay Avon’ page and click on Paypal under ‘Please select payment type’.
You’ll see PayPal as an option whether you are checking out an order or paying some of your balance. You will see Venmo as an option if you have the Venmo app on your phone.
If you select PayPal to pay, you’ll be taken to the PayPal site where you can log in with your log in information and pay. Once you’ve input everything, you’ll be redirected back to the YourAvon.com confirmation page.
If you want to pay with Venmo, you can select Venmo as your payment option, which will take you through your Venmo purchase process.
This exciting payment feature is just another way Avon is making it easier than ever to build your business through the new Avon 2.0 platform.
Not only does it provide better notification functionality, like getting emails when products are back in stock, but they will also be launching online fundraising very soon.
